Law of Attraction tip - Take a Power PauseToday’s Tip of the Day is about learning to apply the Law of Attraction by taking a “Power Pause”.

Have you heard of John Harrichan’s Power Pause? Well I have tried it, and found that it is a great way to release resistance, raise your vibration, change your point of attraction around any subject and help with the process of manifesting .  I don’t have the space here to describe the whole system,  but what I can do is give you a little taste of the freedom you can achieve by taking a Power Pause.

Here is my simple version of releasing resistance by taking a Power Pause.

Bring to mind a problem that you have, and think about it briefly.

Now think about how you would like to feel about this subject – happy, free, unconcerned, enthusiastic, excited, peaceful, whatever feeling or feelings you would like to have when you consider this subject.

Now change your focus completely, and for 3 minutes focus on something that makes you feel extremely good. Set a timer so that you stay in this space for a full 3 minutes.

You could lie down, completely relax, and let yourself imagine being on a beach listening to the sound of the sea,  the birds, feeling the warm sand and sun on your skin, breathing deeply and smelling the clean warm air, feeling your body sinking down into the sand ………. or any other scene that feels great to you.

If you have trouble visualizing.  Watch and listen to this video, be warned though,  you may fall asleep, and if you need to pee – go first!
